My mission is to democratize access to legal counsel & capital.
Problem 1: Laws are supposed to be by the people, for the people. But most people and small businesses cannot afford an attorney.
Problem 2: New businesses need access to capital, but that's traditionally been in the hands of the old boys' club.
Problem 3: A strong economy and job creation depend on innovation and small business formation. But small business formation has been in decline for years.
I enable greater opportunity for entrepreneurs and small businesses by creating opportunities to address these two needs.
